reptiles for the wounded
Reptiles for the Wounded is an auction that we have put together where 100% of all proceeds are donated to the Wounded Warriors Project. As a Veteran myself, I have seen and know of plenty friends who have dealt with this organization first hand. I just couldn't say enough positive things about them and thanks for their support. This is a way in which we are able to give back and still provide support for the reptile community. We look forward to seeing your participation.
Auction details
Auction Rules:
No one under the age of 18 is allowed to bid without parental consent- Only bid what you are willing to pay, NO bid retractions
- All bids will be in whole dollar amounts with a minimum of $5 and in $5 increments (example - 5, 10, 15, etc..)
- All bids are PLUS shipping (see shipping for more details)
- Comments that are not bids or questions directly about the auction item will be deleted
- Payment must be maid within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction
- No international sales at this time, sorry
- If winning bidder fails to complete the payment/donation within 48hrs, the second highest bidder will win the auction for their bid price
Payment:
All payments will be made on the Donation Page. Wounded Warriors project excepts the following payment methods;
- Visa
- Master Card
- Discovery
- American Express.
Please ensure that you put your FULL NAME when making a payment/donation as anonymous entries will not provide proof of payment/donation. Please DO NOT include shipping costs in the donation.
Shipping:
Once the payment/donation has been confirmed you will need to contact the donator for shipping arrangements. Shipping costs will be paid directly to the donator. All animals are coming directly from the donators so costs, terms, and guarantees will be donator dependent and should be reviewed prior to placing bids on their animals. If you have any specific questions about a donators policies or shipping availability, please contact them directly (serious inquiries only).
Overtime:
Keeping to traditional auction formats, each auction will be an overtime auction. What this means is that if anyone places a bid within 5 minutes from the auction end time there will be extended. If someone places another bid the time will be extended for an additional 5 minutes from their bids time stamp. If no further bids are made within the 5 minute extension then the auction will conclude and the person with the highest bid WINS. Any bids made after the 5 minute extension will not be valid.
